Testimonials

In Our Patients Own Words

  • “A year into the COVID-19 had me at my heaviest weight ever. I was able to focus on better eating and lost some weight but then stagnated. A few months later I joined a Reset Program led by Dr. Clemma Nash and things really began to move again. Less joint pain, better focus, and I could actually taste the sweetness of natural foods like fruit. So thrilled about the results and the encouragement from Dr. Clemma Nash, MD along the way.”

  • “I was typically burning the candle at both ends and in the middle. I finally realised I needed to take care of myself. I did the program with Dr. Clemma Nash, MD. My fatigue immensely improved. During the program, I noticed I had more energy and since completing it I continue to have more energy. I find myself still following the guidelines and the energy levels are staying improved. I've re-energized myself and can continue working full time, working with my husband building fences, and taking care of others including myself.”

Born in Newton, Massachusetts, Dr. Clemma Nash attended rotations at Hudson Medical Center, the Roxbury Health Clinic, and primary care rotations through the Massachusetts Center for Natural Health. Her inspiration continued during work with Doctors Without Borders, an NGO that brings free medical health care to under-served communities in South Africa.

After returning to America, she spent ten years as a full-time emergency physician before becoming Medical Director of the Brookline Stomach Health Center. While there, she became overly aware of the limitations that “conventional” medicine posed. As a response to this, Dr. Clemma Nash began studying Ericksonian hypnotherapy and body-oriented psychotherapeutic methods, along with herbs and supplements that are known to improve stomach health.

The root cause of her philosophy for diagnosing and treating stomach illnesses lies in a comprehensive approach that combines both physical and mental-emotional treatment methods. In addition to utilizing these treatments effectively, she also strives to teach patients that their good stomach health is dependent on:

  • A well-functioning autonomic nervous system and a stomach supplemented with proper enzymes.
  • A healthy stomach that is pain-free, creating a balanced emotional state in the process.
  • A supportive network of relationships with friends, family, and medical practitioners.

She is proud to bring her decades of medical knowledge to his own clinic,  UltraVitalityMD. She is equally honored to be joined by such an exciting and experienced team as the one she has recruited to work alongside her.
